Remember the maxim – Muscles Move Mountains
At least many muscles will move mountains.
But importantly, your muscles move your mountains, if you’ll excuse the suggestion.
As we age, things conspire against us. Joints creak, muscles weaken, ligaments tighten.
As we change, it’s easy to spiral slowly into bad physical health. One thing leads to another and before you know it you have a limp, and a sore back and you hip is beginning to ache, you can’t bend over anymore, you need slip-on shoes because it is hard to reach, etc. etc.
Mountains are moved one rock at a time
So what to do?
Maintain your muscles – with exercise
Maintain your range of movement – with stretching
Maintain your ligamental health – with stretching, good sleep and good food.
